Leisure Curl Extra Hold Neutralizer is used as the third step in the Cold Wave process to set and lock in a new curl pattern.

Directions

Use after straightening the hair with Leisure Curl Cold Wave and achieving a desired curl pattern with Leisure Curl Booster. Completely saturate each rod with Leisure Curl Neutralizer for 15 minutes. Remove rods and rinse hair with tepid water. Apply Gel Activator and style as desired.
